Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and execute on-site construction activities as per GFC drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site execution, construction processes, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Execute all site-related work based on GFC drawings and project specifications.
✔ Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
✔ Manage and supervise all site activities to ensure timely completion.
✔ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution.
✔ Ensure quality control and safety measures on-site.
✔ Report project progress and resolve site-related issues effectively.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in site execution (Required).
✔ Skills: Strong knowledge of construction techniques, material handling, and project execution.
✔ Availability: Day Shift (Preferred).
✔ Willingness to Travel: Up to 25% travel (Preferred).
✔ Location Preference: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Aurangabad, Maharashtra before starting work.
